How to use your clothing grant
Find out everything you need to know about our clothing grants, including how to use them and wider questions.
If you are awarded a clothing grant, you will be sent a Park card, separately from your grant award letter. Please note that only the child’s main carer may use this card and you will need to activate it before being able to use it in shops.
You must only use this card to buy clothing for your child. Please keep all your receipts for 12 months from the date you purchased your items, as we may write and ask you for them.
To activate your card:
- call the activation service on 0344 7709 015 (please make sure you have your activation PIN before you call) available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- select option one on your telephone keypad, and then option one again, to activate the card
- enter the 19-digit card number found on the front of your Park card
- enter your activation PIN code; this is the four-digit number found in the ‘award method’ section of your award letter. Please note that this is not your Family Fund number
Once your card is activated, please keep it in a safe place. You can use it in the following stores but not online: TJ Hughes, Matalan, River Island, Schuh, Schuh Kids, TK Maxx, Go Outdoors, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Marks & Spencer, Foot Locker, New Look, Peacocks, Blacks, Millets and the Original Factory Shop.
