The specialist trikes or bicycle grants are awarded through cash or BACS payment.
If you are awarded a grant, you will receive an email asking you to submit your bank details. Information on how to do this will be in the email. You must send us your bank details before we can process your grant. You will then be able to place your order from the supplier you choose.
Please make sure you keep all your receipts for 12 months from the date you purchased your items as we may write and ask you for them.

Yes. If the total bill is more than the amount on your grant, you must pay the difference with your own money. You must keep the receipts as usual.
You can spend your grant in any shop of your choosing. You will need to place your order and arrange for warranty yourself, with the supplier you chose.
If you have an issue with your bicycle or trike please deal directly with the supplier who sold it to you.
