Family Fund Business Services

As a trading subsidiary of Family Fund Trust, Family Fund Business Services provides procurement and fulfilment services to local authorities, housing providers and others to make distributing practical support to people in need efficient and hassle free.

Established in 2013, Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) was set up to offer the charity’s extensive expertise in grant-making and fulfilment to the wider sector.

The FFBS online procurement portal provides a one-stop-shop where clients can order from thousands of pre-selected goods and services. This includes white goods, furniture and homeware, and vouchers for food, clothing and energy. Orders are delivered directly to wherever they are needed.

Clients benefit from collective buying power and expert service, which helps funds to go further and increases beneficiary satisfaction. Every penny of profit is gifted to the Family Fund charity to support its work. Since Family Fund Business Services launched, it has gifted more than nine million to Family Fund.
