When you are awarded a grant for a day out, you will receive an email asking you to submit your bank details, with information on how to do this.
We’ll need these bank details before we can process your grant-within three months after receiving your Family Fund award letter or email. If we do not receive your details within this time period your Family Fund grant will expire, and you won’t be able to use it anymore.
Please keep all your receipts for 12 months from the date you purchased your day out. We may need to write and ask you for these in future.
