You can choose the bed and bedding that’s right for you. Once your grant has been awarded, our partners, TFS, will send you an email and an SMS message with a link to the dedicated TFS Family Fund website. Using this link, you can place your order and TFS will deliver this directly to you.
In order to ensure your grant is correctly processed, you must use the dedicated TFS Family Fund website, or you can place your order by calling the TFS customer service team on 01355 226 556.
Your bed and bedding grant must be used within three months from the date on your grant award letter, otherwise the grant will expire and funds will be returned to Family Fund.
