There is a wide range of outdoor play and leisure equipment through our partner Atlantic Trampolines.
Their team of specialist advisers can put together the perfect package for your child, to have fun and stay safe. They will also help if you’re struggling to find an item on their site. They can send you a brochure to view products too, if you don’t have access to the internet.
When you are ready to place your order, you can do this online by visiting the Atlantic Trampolines website or by phone on 0800 032 5879 (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm). This number is free to call.
If ordering online – when you are ready to check out, type in your unique code from your grant award letter, as the promotional code, then click the ‘check code’ button. Please note that your unique code will be ready to be used the next working day after receiving your award letter.
Once Atlantic Trampolines has your order, they will phone you to arrange delivery (next business day for UK mainland, but a bit longer for Northern Ireland).
Frequently asked questions
You must use your grant within six months from the date of your Family Fund award letter. Any unused funds will be credited back to Family Fund.
If you have lost your award letter, please request a copy of this or call 01904 550055 to speak to a member of our staff.
Yes, all products come with a full 12-month warranty to cover any failure due to defect. Some have an even longer warranty of five or ten years (see product specifications for full details). Spas come with a two-year warranty, to cover any failure due to manufacturing defects. Spa accessories are covered by a one-year warranty (see product specifications for full details).

If you want to buy a larger, or more expensive, item you can add extra money yourself.
All trampolines meet European safety standards. Atlantic Trampolines is a member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents and supports the Child Accident Prevention Trust. We recommend all families also buy available safety accessories such as safety skirts, enclosures, tents, ladders, anchor kits and shoe bags.
Yes, installation packages are available for most playhouses and sheds in the range, with full prices, on the Atlantic Trampolines website. If you’re placing an order on the phone, the team will quote you a price for installation.
If you have money left over after buying your grant item, this can be used on other accessories or outdoor play equipment products from Atlantic Trampolines.
