Your kitchen appliance grant will be awarded to you through Euronics if you live in England or Scotland, Argos if you live in Wales, or Vision Sales if you live in Northern Ireland. We cannot offer cash alternatives for kitchen appliances. Your award must be spent within three months from the date that your Family Fund award letter was sent.

Euronics – for England and Scotland

Please click here to go to the Euronics order portal

Use the seven digit unique reference number that is shown on your Family Fund award letter together with your surname and postcode (with no spaces). This will bring up a list of products that you can order from your allocated category.

Select your item and add to the basket. If your item is more expensive than the value of your grant you may add your own money at this point.

Your local Euronics store will contact you in the next few days to arrange delivery of your kitchen appliance.

In store

To find your local Euronics store you can go to the Euronics store locator or call Euronics Family Fund help line directly on  01264 320 504. All Euronics stores will be able to order your kitchen appliances even if they don’t hold the stock in store.

When you visit the store you must take your Family Fund award letter with you, along with another form of identification such as a utility bill or your driving licence.

If you choose a more expensive product you must pay the difference.

Other information about your Euronics grant

If you are having problems with your appliance please call the Euronics Family Fund Helpline on 01264 320 504.

Sometimes the price on the Family Fund page can be more than on the Euronics website.  This is because your grant includes a specifically designed Euronics care plan created for Family Fund families. It includes a fully underwritten gold level service that not only covers the standard parts and labour repairs of normal warranties, but also if the appliance is beyond economical repair, a full swap out service for the full warranty term.

The Family Fund warranty is only valid for personal domestic use in your home and does not cover accidental damage. Appliances not installed in a domestic environment, or those made generally available to other non-family members, will invalidate the warranty.

If you buy a cheaper appliance then the remaining funds will be credited back to the Family Fund.

It is important that you check that the product you are purchasing will fit into your existing space and that it will go through any doors, up any stairs or along corridors.  Please note a restocking fee may be charged if you order an unsuitable product which is subsequently returned.

Are all the utilities (water, gas, electricity) in place for your new product? ‘Wet connection’ only applies to washing machines and dishwashers which are free standing and using existing connections.

Installation of your kitchen appliance is available, but not compulsory so please advise Euronics at the time of purchase if this is not required.  When you receive the kitchen appliance it must be signed for so please check that you are happy with the product before signing.

If you need the appliance to be installed please make sure this is shown as included on your payment page before you confirm your purchase.  Euronics will only connect any new freestanding gas appliance to existing official gas connections and any freestanding electric appliance to existing official electrical fittings.  If you would like to change from a gas cooker to an electric or vice versa, you must ensure that the correct connections and utilities are available for any product being ordered.  If you currently have built-in appliances, you will need to order built-in appliances, unless work has already been carried out to provide the appropriate space and connections/utilities for a freestanding appliance. Euronics are not able to offer the option of installation for built-in appliances (such as an oven) as part of your grant. If you require this service your local Euronics agent will be able to quote for this service.
