Coding Superstars: Create a Pacman game

Create a Pacman game is a short video where we'll learn how to create our Pacman style game! We'll be creating backdrops, animation and game code!

What you’ll need

To create your own Pacman game, you will need to access the FREE to use website Scratch – an online coding tool which is available to use on any phone, tablet or computer. 

Show us your work

Once you have created your own Pacman game in Scratch, you can send it to the Family Fund team using an app called Showbie. Showbie is a tool that allows you to join a virtual classroom and show off your amazing creations.

Ask a grown up to help you set up a Showbie account and join our virtual class using code: EEZYC4.

Additional challenge

Now that you have an understanding of how to create a Pacman game in Scratch, show us your best efforts and submit the best game that you can make, with different characters!

Send in your best Pacman game through Showbie and we’ll take a look at how amazing they are and send you some lovely feedback. You may even see some of our favourites on the Family Fund social media channels!
