Family Fund offers lots of free activities to help children and young people with additional needs learn new skills, be creative, and have fun. Whether they enjoy coding, art, music, or digital design, there's something for everyone.

Children can join our live workshops or our Saturday Coding Club, or visit the Learning Zone to learn creative skills in their own time.

All of our activities are designed to help children and young people build confidence, discover new interests, and develop digital and creative skills in a fun and friendly way.

Creative workshops

Fun, inclusive online workshops where disabled children and young people can get creative, learn new digital skills and try something new from home. Explore activities including coding, digital art, animation, music, storytelling and design – with no previous experience needed.

The Learning Zone

Family Fund’s Learning Zone is home to a growing library of free, pre-recorded fun activities like coding, design digital art, music and video – all designed to inspire children and young people to explore their creativity and develop new digital skills.

Discover Digital summer festival

The Discover Digital summer festival is an annual celebration of what disabled children can achieve. Two weeks of fun, creativity and exploring new skills.

Saturday Coding Club

Family Fund’s Saturday Coding Club offers children and young people a chance to learn how to code in a safe space to learn new skills.

Discover Digital Inclusion – Your Opportunity

The Discover Digital Inclusion – Your Opportunity programme is aimed at disabled young people aged 18-25 and learning new skills from the comfort of their own home.
