The Thomas Pocklington Trust works to improve opportunities for blind and partially sighted people to thrive in all aspects in society, with a focus on education and employment.
How can Thomas Pocklington Trust help?
The Thomas Pocklington Trust provides direct support to blind and partially sighted students, their families, and the professionals supporting them, including expert advice, information, and guidance. They also help young people entering the job market for the first time, or returning after sight loss.
Sight Loss Councils, funded by Thomas Pocklington Trust, are regional groups led by blind and partially sighted people. The councils work with organisations to ensure that what they do is accessible.
They work to improve accessibility and positive societal attitudes towards bling and partially sighted individuals.
