Write a Spooky Story with Canva AI

Join our creative workshops designed for the whole family in a safe space to learn and create with other families raising disabled children.

In this spooky and creative workshop, we will become authors and illustrators as we create our own Halloween-themed storybook using Canva. With the help of Canva’s AI tools, we will write a 5-sentence Halloween story filled with mysterious characters, magical adventures, and seasonal fun. We will then bring our stories to life by illustrating each page using Canva elements and AI-generated imagery. Join us for a frightfully fun mix of storytelling, imagination, and digital design, all accessible on any device.

The workshop is held online via Zoom with an accredited trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team. 

Please note:  

• This is a friendly, informal workshop intended for families with disabled or seriously ill children and young people – and children (including siblings) are welcome to join!  
• You’ll need to have a device that connects to the internet to take part in the workshop activities. 
• To keep your device free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
