Family Fund is working with Variety on new grant programme

Family Fund has joined forces with Variety, the Children’s Charity, to deliver TOGETHER – a new grant programme to provide disabled children with sensory toys and equipment or technology items to help with communication and learning.   

The two-month programme, which starts in November, will help 500 children before Christmas. It is the first time that Variety and Family Fund have worked together. 

Cheryl Ward, CEO of Family Fund, said:

“We have both been providing practical support to disabled children for very many years, so we have a great deal in common, and lots of expertise to share. 

“By bringing our resources together, we can provide practical support to more disabled children and young people who need our help – and that’s great news for everyone.”
