Cardiff Half Marathon – Event volunteer

Support runners at the Cardiff Half Marathon by meeting and greeting Family Fund’s runners during this exciting community event.

About the role

Join us at the Cardiff Half and help create a positive and energetic atmosphere for our runners. You will cheer on participants and offer friendly encouragement throughout the event. You will also help raise awareness of Family Fund by speaking with supporters and sharing simple information. Your presence will help create a supportive environment for runners and families at the event.

About you

You enjoy speaking with people and bringing positive energy to busy events. You feel comfortable cheering, encouraging, and helping runners stay motivated. You are friendly, confident, and happy to engage with members of the public. You enjoy being part of a team and supporting a meaningful cause. No previous event experience is needed for this role.
