Who is Phab?

Phab is a network of Phab Clubs that span England and Wales, and hold Phab Adventures where disabled and non-disabled people can take part in all manner of exciting and challenging adventures together.

How can Phab help?

Phab Clubs include 120 local services and organisations. They are local places to belong, places to thrive where disabled and non-disabled people come together to socialise, have fun and build lifelong friendships.

Phab also organise a range of inclusive adventures for disabled and non-disabled people of all ages.
