What is the KCOM Broadband Social Tariff?

KCOM have two social access broadband packages, offering different rates and prices, to eligible households – Full Fibre Flex and Full Fibre Flex Plus.

They also have a social tariff package for UK landlines and mobiles called Voice Only Flex.

Who could the KCOM Broadband Social Tariffs help?

Families in the Hull area may be eligible if they are in receipt of one of the following:

  • Income Support
  • Pension Credit (This does not include state pension)
  • Job Seekers Allowance
  • Housing Benefit
  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Universal Credit, with zero earnings
  • Universal Credit with reduced earnings (available only for Flex+)
  • Reduced Earnings Allowance (available only for Flex+)
  • Care Home residents and Lifeline customers who are referred by Social Services
  • Care Leavers
  • Employment and Support Allowances (Income related)
  • Disability Living Allowance
