Who is Crossroads Care NI?  

Crossroads Care NI is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting, serving and strengthening carers and those with care needs.

How do Crossroads Care NI help? 

Crossroads Care NI provide services through domiciliary, Young Carers and In Your Prime projects. They are an established domiciliary care provider helping people live independently at home through person-centred care.

Crossroads Care NI provide social support for young carers to meet others in similar situations through outings. They also run workshops to equip them with different skills.

They also provide a befriending service, where our volunteers visit isolated older people once a week.
