Canva Creators: DIY Decor

DIY Decor is a short video where we'll learn to create some amazing decor for your bedrooms! In this video, we will show you how to use the free software Canva to create your own bedroom decor!

What you’ll need

To create your own DIY Decor, you will need to create a FREE account for Canva – an online piece of software or app that can be used on any phone, tablet or computer.

Show us your work

Once you have created your DIY decor – you can send it to the Family Fund team using an app called Showbie. Showbie is a tool that allows you to join a virtual classroom and show off your amazing creations.

Ask a grown up to help you set up a Showbie account and join our virtual class using code: EEZYC4.

Additional challenge

Now that you have an understanding of how to create your own decorations, show us your best efforts and try and design some bunting for your favourite festive holiday!

Send in your best decor through Showbie and we’ll take a look at how amazing they are and send you some lovely feedback. You may even see some of our favourites on the Family Fund social media channels!
