Carmen Whitelock

Carmen is a marketing, communications and customer experience professional, with over 15 years’ experience in the banking and professional services sectors experience. She is currently Digital marketing lead at Cynergy Bank, where she has been since 2023, focused on marketing, website and app development. Previously she has held a range of digital marketing, brand, digital channel and content roles, including at Schroders Wealth Management, M&S and RSA Insurance Group. She has also held a Board position at Heart of the City since 2019.
