One Good Day – your questions answered

One Good Day is our winter appeal helping families raising disabled or seriously ill children enjoy one good day – through grants for sensory toys, clothing, bedding, furniture, a family day out or anything else that our grants can fund to help them.

Not necessarily. Every family’s needs are different. Your donation will go towards making a good day possible whether that’s a comfortable bed or a day trip

Yes. Monthly gifts help us plan and reach more families throughout the year. 

Yes, you can Gift Aid your donation if you’re a UK taxpayer. This allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you. If you pay income tax at the higher or additional rate, you can also claim back the difference between the higher rate and the basic rate on your donation through your Self Assessment tax return. It’s a simple way to make your donation go even further
