Staying safe on any device

Join our Staying safe workshop where we’ll explore useful settings and look at how to keep your devices updated, so your child can learn and play safely online.

In this session, we’ll cover:

• parental controls and restrictions on both iPads and Android tablets
• monitoring Google activity
• YouTube supervised accounts for families

This will take place on Friday 24 April from 10:30am to 11:30am :

We’re holding this workshop online via Zoom. An experienced trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team will be there to support.

Please note: 

• This is a friendly, informal workshop for parents and carers of disabled or seriously ill children and young people.
• To keep your device free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
