About the role

Join Family Fund at Kirklees Local Offer Live and help local families find out about the grants, information and support available to them.

In this role, you will:

• Talk to visitors about Family Fund’s grant programmes and wider support
• Share information and answer basic questions about what we offer
• Help set up and pack down the event stall where needed
• Support the team to create a welcoming and positive space for visitors

This is a great opportunity to represent Family Fund at a local event and help us reach families who may benefit from our support.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys speaking with people and bringing positive energy to events
• Is friendly, confident and happy to engage with members of the public
• Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a shared goal
• Wants to support a meaningful cause

No previous event experience is needed for this role. We’ll provide everything you need to get started.

Support and training
