Who could the Hafren Dyfrdwyn Social Tariff help?

Hafren Dyfrdwyn customers in Wales may be able to apply for one of their Social Tariffs if they are receiving one of the following:

• Housing Benefit
• Income Support
• Working Tax Credit
• Child Tax Credit (other than the basic element of £547.50)
• Pension Credit
• Universal Credit
• Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment

Or are under a income threshold dependant on household size:

• 0 dependant household: £24,454.00
• 1-2 dependant household: £26,804.00
• 3+ dependant household: £28,804.00

Or if anyone in your household has a medical condition requiring significant water use.
