York Mini and Junior Run

This year the York Mini and Junior Run, the city’s most popular children’s charity road running event, has chosen Family Fund as their charity partner.

The run takes place at 11.45 on Sunday 4 August, the same day as the York 10k.

Runners aged three and up can take part in this fun-for-all-the-family event. The event is open to disabled participants and those with different backgrounds and abilities. Please get in touch so that we can help you to have the best experience.

To go the extra mile and raise money for Family Fund on Sunday 4 August, select to fundraise for us when you enter.

Entry fees start from £15 for one adult and one child for the Mini Run, open to children aged three to eight years old. The Junior Run is open to children aged nine to 15 years old and costs £8 per child. In addition, we ask for a pledge to raise £20 for Family Fund.

All finishers will receive a goody bag and that all-important medal to show off to friends and family.

The organisers will be able to arrange access for wheelchair users and anyone with other requirements after sign-up.
