National Deaf Children’s Society Family Fund Programme Assistive Technology

Find out everything you need to know about how to use your Assistive Technology funding.

Your award letter will include your unique code  that will allow you to complete your assistive technology order online.

To place your order, simply visit Connevans website www.connevans.co.uk to view their products. Once decided, place your order by visiting ndcsfamilyfund | Connevans and filling in the form with the products you wish to purchase. If you cannot find the product you require or need help with the order form please call Connevans on 01737 247571.

Please make sure you have your Family Fund award letter to hand when placing your order.

Frequently asked questions 

You must use your funding within three months of the date on your grant award letter. 

If you don’t use your Assistive technology funding within three months, the award will be cancelled and the funding will be returned to Family Fund. However, Connevans will make a number of attempts to contact you within the three months. 

If you have moved address since your award you will need to call Family Fund on 01904 550055 to update your address before Connevans can rearrange delivery.
