The role
We are looking for an organised HR and Facilities Administrator to join our team to cover maternity leave. The role involves providing administrative support to a busy HR team. Duties include managing the HR email inbox, completing checks for new starters, arranging inductions and training sessions, and updating personnel files and the HR database.
The role is also responsible for dealing with queries relating to the time and attendance system, being the first point of contact for employee absence and producing weekly and monthly reports on HR data.
About you
This role requires experience of administrative work and dealing with confidential and sensitive information. You will have great communication skills and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages. You must be able to cope with a varied and demanding workload and be able to work to deadlines. A good team player, comfortable working independently and on your own initiative. Our team works mainly at home. There will also be a requirement to attend our offices at Monks Cross regularly, sometimes at short notice.
