Learn My Way has free courses for beginners, to develop technology skills to make the most of the online world. There are over 30 free courses on Learn My Way, ranging from how to use a keyboard to support with how to claim Universal Credit.

Digital Unite Guides

Digital Unite share a range of over 400 how-to guides on digital topics. Written by subject matter experts, the guides are perfect for learning about  digital skills.

Disability and adaptions to technology

Ability Net

Ability Net provides support on digital technology for everyone, regardless of ability or age. They have free online resources and a network of over 300 community-based volunteers that help individuals with any disability, or any age, to use all kinds of digital technology.

Tech support RNIB

Tech support from RNIB provides information, helpline and useful guides to help you understand the basics of different products, keep you up to date with the world of technology, and get your digital knowledge flowing when it comes to accessibility. You can call RNIB at 0303 123 9999.

Staying safe online

ParentZone

ParentZone is a parenting organisation which supports parents in the digital world. They deliver in-person training, family support, physical and virtual resources, live events and podcasts. They work with Google to deliver free online safety resources for UK primary schools, through the ‘Be Internet Legends’ programme.

They also launched ‘Ollee’ a virtual friend, bringing children and parents together to share wellbeing advice and emotional support.

Internet Matters provides comprehensive and credible resources, information and support to keep children safe online on all aspects of children’s digital wellbeing.

NSPCC Online Safety

NSPCC provide support and tips to help you keep children safe. NSPCC are here to support parents with online safety advice, and are here for children – to protect them and help them recover from abuse.
