Coding club: Beat the buzzer

Want to learn how to make your own Beat the buzzer game with Scratch?

Come along to this workshop and discover how to code a maze game where you’ll get to control your sprite’s moves around the screen to find the way out.

We’ll be using the free Scratch website that is available on iPads, Android devices, and laptops.

Join our workshop on Saturday, 6 December at 10.30am.

We are holding this workshop online via Zoom. An experienced trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team will be there to support.

Please note:

• This is a friendly, informal workshop intended for families caring for a disabled or seriously ill child or young person – siblings are very welcome to join in too.
• You’ll need to have a device to access the internet to take part in the workshop activities.
• To keep your device free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
