How do Contact Wales help?
The Contact website has advice and information about concerns a family might have about raising a child with additional needs.
They also run a free helpline and offer a Listening Ear support service. Contact produce a range of email newsletters and parent guides available to download or order.
Local teams across the Wales provide local advice, and organise coffee mornings, family fun days and outings.
