How to appeal a grant decision

Submit an appeal

Sometimes we are not able to award a grant and need to decline an application. This could be because the application doesn’t meet our eligibility criteria, or because we have not received enough information from you, to make a grant decision.

If you disagree with a grant decision we have made, or feel we didn’t assess your application fairly, or accurately, you can submit an appeal to ask us to look at it again.

Please note that you must make your appeal in writing, within two months of receiving your grant decision. When you appeal, please tell us why you disagree with our decision and provide us with documents that support your appeal.

Make a complaint

If you’re unhappy with any other aspect of the service you have received from Family Fund, you can submit a complaint in writing, within two months of the incident.
