Support for Families with Disabled Children – Partner toolkit
Thousands of families, living on a low income, raising a disabled or seriously ill child in England are struggling with rising costs to provide essential items. Through the Support for Families with Disabled Children programme (SFDC), funded by the Department for Education and managed by Family Fund, we can help to make family life easier.
The SFDC programme could help to provide eligible families with essential grant items including a cooker, fridge, bedding, furniture, technology or family breaks. And we’d love your help to share information about the grants we have available that could support your beneficiaries.
We’d be grateful if you could share information across your networks and platforms, so families can apply for this grant support as soon as possible.
