Join us on Sunday 12 April for the London Landmarks Half Marathon, a closed road central London run past the city’s most iconic landmarks. Run past some of London’s most marvellous landmarks in the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.
About the event
This is not your average half marathon… From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other.
The race starts by Pall Mall. Runners then head down to Embankment following down the river Thames to take in London’s famous landmarks like: Somerset House, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Gherkin, Tower of London and back up the river to Big Ben, ending at Downing Street.
Finally, the route heads back up the river to Big Ben, and a spectacular finish at Downing Street.
As well as this fabulous central London route, the streets are adorned with route activations, musical performances, DJs, dancers, themed cheer stations and more!
