Event support volunteers – Liverpool

Join our team at the Kidz to Adultz event in Liverpool to chat with families and professionals about how Family Fund supports families raising disabled and seriously ill children through grants, digital workshops, and tailored information and support. 

About the role

Date: 03 December 2025 
Time: 9.30am to 4.00pm
Time commitment: 3 to 7 hours 

Join us at one of the UK’s largest free exhibitions dedicated to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs. 

We’re looking for friendly and proactive Event Support Volunteers to help us at Kidz to Adultz North – a fantastic opportunity to connect with families, professionals, and organisations making a difference. 

Volunteer tasks include: 

• Welcoming visitors to our stand 
• Sharing information about Family Fund’s work 
• Supporting staff with set-up and pack-down 
• Helping create a warm, inclusive environment 

About you

• You enjoy meeting new people and having conversations 
• You’re approachable, reliable, and happy to work as part of a team 
• You’re passionate about supporting families raising disabled or seriously ill children 

No prior experience needed, just a positive attitude and a passion for helping others!
