Micro:Bit coding: Digital name badge

Join our fun Saturday morning coding session and learn to code with Micro:Bit!

In this session, we will look at how we can use block coding to create our own Digital Name badge, using block code to display our name and some pictures. We’ll be using the free Micro:Bit website that is available on iPads, Android devices, and laptops.

Join our workshop on Saturday, 18 January at 10.30am.

We are holding this workshop online via Zoom. An experienced trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team will be there to support.

Please note:

• This is a friendly, informal workshop intended for families caring for a disabled or seriously ill child or young person.
• You’ll need to have a device to access the internet to take part in the workshop activities.
• To keep your device free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
