Coding Saturday #2 – Animate your name

Jump into the exciting world of coding with us! In this workshop, we’ll learn how to use block code in Scratch to light up your name, make the letters move and change colour like magic.
Come along and join the fun. All you need is a device with an internet connection. You can access the Scratch website for free with any device: iPad, tablet, PC or smartphone.
We are hosting this workshop online via Zoom. An accredited trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team will be there to support you. This is a friendly, informal workshop. It is intended for families with disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Children (including siblings) are welcome to join!

Our new Coding Saturdays series
This workshop is part of a new series: Coding Saturdays. One Saturday a month, at 10.30am join us for a one-hour session to learn how to create animations and games in Scratch.
Although you don’t have to register for the series, we encourage you to sign-up for all three of them as each one gets more challenging than the last.
