Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people – providing over 88,000 grants and services worth over £33 million last year.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Service Delivery team, working on an exciting new Power Up Project, to raise awareness of the benefits of digital inclusion, providing training to families raising disabled children to improve their digital skills and confidence to maximise and stabilise incomes, empowering families to improve their long-term financial health. This role will provide effective support in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project, helping to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

As Service Delivery Officer for the Power Up Project, you will provide key administrative support and guidance, monitoring the progress of the project by ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date at all times. You will support the Service Delivery team to ensure that requirements for the project are understood, along with maintaining project filing, recording and reporting systems, attending and recording meetings, noting actions and monitoring completion.

The successful candidate will have substantial administrative experience and proven organisational skills, with the ability to organise their own workload in order to meet tight deadlines. With excellent analytical and numeracy skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, you will be a well-organised team player, flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and changes.
