We are looking for an organised and confident individual to support the Programme Implementation Manager and the wider project teams in the co-ordination, planning and control of programmes of work, helping to ensure efficient and timely delivery.  This role will provide administrative support and guidance, to monitor the progress of projects by ensuring that information is accurate and up to date at all times.

As Programme Administrator, you will provide excellent administration services, including servicing meetings, managing email accounts and researching, collating and presenting data to a variety of audiences. 

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro-active and driven to succeed. With substantial administration experience you will be a well-organised team player with the ability to handle pressure, prioritise workload and work across a number of projects simultaneously.
