We continue to be open to new applications and providing our essential grant support. Like everyone we are closely monitoring the advice from the Government and Public Health England on a daily basis and working to provide the best service to our families while protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff. To relieve some of the pressure we are temporarily making changes to our criteria for support. Families who have not received a grant since 1 April 2020 will be able to re-apply again now, rather than every 12 months.

Because of the coronavirus outbreak we have fewer colleagues than usual responding to your queries, and understandably more families contacting us than ever before.
