Impact of Coronavirus We continue to be open to new applications and providing our essential grant support. Like everyone we are closely monitoring the advice from the Government and Public Health England on a daily basis and working to provide the best service to our families while protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff. To relieve some of the pressure we are temporarily making changes to our criteria for support. Families who have not received a grant since 1 April 2020 will be able to re-apply again now, rather than every 12 months. Because of the coronavirus outbreak we have fewer colleagues than usual responding to your queries, and understandably more families contacting us than ever before. This is having an impact on how quickly we can respond to your queries, and for this we are truly sorry. To help us support those who need it the most, please check the information below, and on our contact us page, to find out if your query can be answered here first: Your application during the coronavirus outbreak Get the latest information on how we are continuing to process applications, when you can next apply, how to get an application pack, and much more.
