Access your Online Account If you have had a grant from us before you may be able to complete your next application online. An online account will make it easier for you to manage and monitor your applications to us, update personal details including change of address, information about partners and details of any third parties you are happy for us to speak to. Registering for your online account To register for the online account, you must be the main carer, and must have an email address registered with us, you will also need your Family Fund number. Forgotten your Family Fund number? Head to our Find My Family Fund Number page and we will send it out to you. If you do not have an email address registered with us and would like to register for an online account, please contact our team directly by telephoning 01904 550055 and we will take you through the process. Logging in Head to your account login page and register using your email address and Family Fund number. Set up a secure password and other security details that are known only to you. You are now ready to complete your online application. If you are requesting more than one item, please put your requests in the order of importance to you and the child(ren) you are applying for (with the first item being the most important). Please note that we may not be able to help with everything you ask for. If you have problems with your online account, please send us a message via our online contact form. If you would prefer an application pack to be sent to you by post please use this form to request one. Unfortunately, those applying to us for the first time cannot register for our online account, but can download an application form or order one to be sent to you.We would also require a paper application if: Your last grant was through our urgent referral service You have previously applied but were not eligible at that time You have applied online for the last three applications. We then require your next application to be a paper application.
