Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people – providing over 88,000 grants and services worth over £33 million in 2016/17. With a growing reach across the country and an expanding range of grants and services, we need reliable, high-quality technology and systems to deliver our work with families. With a broad range of technical skills, you are also a strong project manager and communicator. Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop software environments, virtualised servers, and supporting and configuring phone systems are important. You will have the ability to build successful working relationships across the organisation, whilst being flexible and adaptable to the needs of a large, non-technical workforce.
