Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people – providing over 89,000 grants and services worth over £33 million last year. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our small and busy HR team on a temporary basis until the end of September 2020. This is very much a generalist role covering a wide range of HR topics but with a key focus on recruitment. Attracting and recruiting the right candidates is essential to our success, so being able to write engaging adverts and having experience of the whole recruitment cycle will be a key part to the role. You will have a working knowledge of HR processes and procedures and, while not necessarily CIPD qualified, you will have the experience to provide efficient, responsive and high quality HR Services to managers and employees across the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be an effective team player and have a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a high-quality and professional service. With the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, you will be flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and changes. The hours offered can be worked flexibly across the week. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), competitive salary, flexi-time working, contributory pension scheme and a friendly, supportive working environment.
