The role We are looking for an organised HR & Facilities Administrator to join our team to cover maternity leave. The role involves providing administrative support to a busy but friendly HR team. Duties include processing new starters – taking up references, notifying payroll and setting them up on the HR system. You will arrange inductions for new starters and ensure that they have completed their mandatory training. Other duties include dealing with all queries relating to the time and attendance system, being the first point of contact for employee absence and producing weekly and monthly reports on HR data. About you To be successful in this role you will need to have administration experience, ideally in a HR environment. You must be used to dealing with confidential and sensitive information. You will need to have great communication skills and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages. You must be able to cope with a varied and demanding workload and be able to work to deadlines. You also need to be comfortable working independently as the team is currently home based.
