Salary: £17,290 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

The role

We are looking for Grant Delivery Administrators on a temporary basis to work in our Grant Delivery team. The roles will involve providing a timely administration service, ensuring grant decisions can be delivered to support families in line with Family Fund procedures.

The roles involve administration work, general office duties, email management and telephone calls to support the processing of Government and non-Government grant schemes.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need office administration experience in a customer service environment. You will need to have experience of working to performance targets in a fast paced environment. You also need experience of communicating with customers via telephone and email. You must be fully competent in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. You must have excellent administration skills with fast and accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail.
