One of our most common enquiries are about your applications progress. Please know that we are working as quickly as possible but due to high volumes applications are taking around three months in some cases. You can track you application here.

 

If you have a general enquiry that isn’t covered by our frequently asked questions, you can email us or fill in our forms on the contact us page. Please be aware that we receive more than 200 emails a day and that it can take us a few days to respond.

Please note that we receive more than 3,000 phone calls a week so wait times will be long at busy times.
