Like all charities, it is important that the income that Family Fund receives to provide its grants and services comes from a diverse range of sources. This is why we need the support of organisations and individuals in the form of donations and sponsorship.

How we use income derived from fundraising

Your donations will help Family Fund to develop and deliver new ways in which to support families raising disabled or seriously ill children.

Our fundraising marketing and communications

  • We will provide information through our website, our annual review and financial statements about our work and our finances so you can see how your money is being spent and what a difference you're making to families raising disabled or seriously ill children.
  • We will communicate with you in a way that suits you. If you tell us you'd prefer less contact or don’t want us to hear from us at all, we'll respect your wishes.
  • We will ask at the beginning of every conversation, on the phone or in person that you're happy to speak to us.
  • We will never sell your data to any third party. We will not share your details with other charities.
  • Family Fund is voluntarily registered with the Fundraising Regulator, as part of our commitment to the highest standards in fundraising. We follow the Fundraising Regulator's Fundraising Promise as well as their code of Fundraising Practice.
  • Family Fund will not endorse or approve products or services of any company in exchange for fundraising donations.
  • Only Family Fund will have direct access to our database and our beneficiaries.
