Euronics – for England and Scotland

(Applicable to grants received before 5 April 2019)

How to use your grant

Head to the Euronics website.

To log in you will need to enter the following details into the ‘Returning Customer’ section:

  • Under ‘Email Address’ enter a combination of your surname, grant number and email address separated by the pipe symbol ‘|’ for example – Smith4589764|[email protected] (If you do not have an email address and wish to log into the portal you can use a combination of your surname and grant number with the email address [email protected] for example – Smith1352467|[email protected])
  • Under ‘Password’ enter your grant number (your grant number is provided in your award letter)

When you are logged in, the price you see is the retail price of the appliance including your special warranty. When you add the item to your basket the cost of instillation and disposal of an old appliance will be added automatically, but can be removed at checkout if it is not required.

At checkout you will need to enter your grant number in the box below the appliance and click ‘Apply’ this will deduct the award amount from your purchase. If you have chosen an item over the grant value you will be asked to enter your payment details at checkout to pay the difference.

Having trouble? Contact Euronics Customer Care on 01264 320 504 and they will assist you through the process.

In store

If you choose a more expensive product you must pay the difference.

Other information about your Euronics grant

If you are having problems with your appliance please call the Euronics Family Fund Helpline on 01264 320504.

Sometimes the price on the Family Fund page can be more than on the Euronics website.  This is because your grant includes a specifically designed Euronics care plan created for Family Fund families. It includes a fully underwritten gold level service that not only covers the standard parts and labour repairs of normal warranties, but also if the appliance is beyond economical repair, a full swap out service for the full warranty term.

Family Fund warranty is only valid for personal domestic use in your home and does not cover accidental damage. Appliances not installed in a domestic environment, or those made generally available to other non-family members, will invalidate the warranty.

If you buy a cheaper appliance then the remaining funds will be credited back to Family Fund.

It is important that you check that the product you are purchasing will fit into your existing space and that it will go through any doors, up any stairs or along corridors. Please note a restocking fee may be charged if you order an unsuitable product, which is then returned.

Are all the utilities (water, gas, electricity) in place for your new product? ‘Wet connection’ only applies to washing machines and dishwashers which are free standing and using existing connections.

Installation of your kitchen appliance is available, but not compulsory so please advise Euronics at the time of purchase if this is not required.  When you receive the kitchen appliance it must be signed for so please check that you are happy with the product before signing.

If you need the appliance to be installed please make sure this is included on your payment page before you confirm your purchase.  Euronics will only connect any new freestanding gas appliance to existing official gas connections and any freestanding electric appliance to existing official electrical fittings.  If you would like to change from a gas cooker to an electric or vice versa, you must ensure that the correct connections and utilities are available for any product being ordered.  If you currently have built-in appliances, you will need to order built-in appliances, unless work has already been carried out to provide the appropriate space and connections/utilities for a freestanding appliance. Euronics are not able to offer the option of installation for built-in appliances (such as an oven) as part of your grant. If you require this service your local Euronics agent will be able to quote for this service.
