Dress Fun Friday Dig out your deely-boppers, throw on some flippers and grab your onesies, Dress Fun Friday is hitting the UK this October and you don’t want to miss out. How do I take part? Joining in couldn't be easier, just register, wear something funny and raise money! By getting involved you'll be helping support families raising disabled and seriously ill children and young people across the UK. If you're at work, get your colleague involved by asking them to wear something wacky, maybe even organise a quiz or offer a prize for your 'best dressed' co-worker. Get your children involved and ask local schools to hold a Dress Fun Friday non-uniform day or even organise your own Dress Fun Friday party in your local community. Wear a tie on your head, turn your shirt inside out, pop on a tutu or be daring and go for full fancy dress, the options are endless! Let your imagination run wild and make a real difference to the lives of disabled and seriously ill children and young people by signing up today. So, why are we all dressing fun? Every child deserves the chance to play. Together we're dressing fun to raise money and awareness for some of the difficulties families raising disabled and seriously ill children and young people have when it comes to accessing play opportunities. Here at Family Fund our grants aim to provide these families with the same opportunities as others and this extends to spending time together, having fun and playing. By joining in with Dress Fun Friday you’ll be joining a community of people across the UK who are changing the lives of disabled and seriously ill children and young people, how awesome is that? Questions? If you’ve got any questions, need some inspiration or help planning your event, get in touch with our Dress Fun Friday team at [email protected] or call 01904 550033.
