Salary: £24,000 pro rata

Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) is the trading subsidiary of Family Fund, the UK’s largest charity providing grants to families raising disabled or seriously ill children. FFBS builds on the grant administration expertise of the charity to provide fulfilment services to charities, local authorities and other public and third sector organisations across the UK. All the profits from FFBS are gifted to Family Fund.

As Digital Content Officer your role will be to develop and deliver FFBS digital content, copy and marketing materials that will drive brand awareness, realise new business opportunities, and engage new stakeholders.

Working closely with colleagues in FFBS and our Communications team, you will develop and deliver a content plan, ensuring regular delivery of appropriate content across all channels in line with the strategy. Copywriting for identified key audiences across a range of channels and formats, including promotional literature, websites, external articles and press, and a variety of publications both online and offline will be part of your role. You will maintain and update the website and social media channels, including suggesting improvements to functionality and content. Measuring the success of our activity is key, and you will be expected to makes use of data and analytics tools to report on campaign metrics and performance.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have previous experience of writing content and managing digital channels in a public-facing organisation. Experience of writing B2B content for social media, email campaigns and websites is essential.

Forward-thinking and enthusiastic, you will be able to prioritise and manage multiple activities, a great team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
