If you submit an enquiry through one of our contact forms, please note we are collecting the information using third party software which may store data outside the EEA but in accordance with the US-EU Safe Harbor framework. By submitting the form to us you are signalling acceptance of the Wufoo Privacy Policy and consenting to it holding your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.  Please note information you provide us with will be stored with Wufoo for around 12 months. We shall use your personal information to administer and respond to your enquiry. Your enquiry will be responded to by the appropriate team.

We may produce reports on the use of the contact form service to enable us to monitor and develop it. These reports will be based on anonymous data, which means that individuals will not be identified in the reports.

If you request to receive a newsletter, we shall pass your personal information to a third party software supplier which emails out the newsletter on our behalf. If at any time you wish to stop receiving it, you can unsubscribe to the service from within the email we send you. Your details will be removed from our database immediately.
