Client Services Manager Salary – £34,241 Full time (35 hours per week) Permanent contract Are you looking for a role where your talents benefit the lives of families raising disabled or seriously ill children? Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people – providing over 88,000 grants and services worth over £33 million last year. As Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of grant programmes within Family Fund Client portfolio, ensuring client and funder parameters are delivered and reporting is completed. You will be a key point of contact for each client, building strong business relationships and providing regular updates within reporting profiles on progress, delivery and trends of all programmes. This is a particularly exciting time to join Family Fund in this role with the opportunity to manage the BBC Children In Need Emergency Essentials programme. Additional responsibilities include development and delivery of scheme processes alongside team and resource management and planning. You will regularly evaluate and assess processes in relation to output and deliver continuous improvement and effective change in line with departmental and Family Fund Group change process. You will work collaboratively with contract owners to determine programme priorities, providing information and feedback to aid decision making. You will identify, profile and present recommendations to improve programme effectiveness or efficiency including resource and policy changes. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or with equivalent experience. You will be a logical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, have excellent planning and evaluation skills and be pro-active and driven to succeed. With the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally, you will be a well-organised team player, flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and changes.
