quoting your Family Fund number, your previous address and your new address, including any new telephone numbers and we will update our records.
We cannot accept change of address by email. If you cannot write to us, please give us a call on 01904 550055.
If you wish to change the grant item you requested, you can do this within three months of the original award date. This takes at least four weeks to process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a change of grant request if you have partially or fully used your grant.If you would like to continue, please fill out this form and we will respond to your request in writing.
